    Bev's feasts are always at a beautifully set table with an aroma that greets you at the door.

    List of Ingredients




    3 sirloin steaks
    oil for browning
    lots of garlic
    1/2 cup red wine
    1 large onion, sliced
    1 lb. mushrooms

    Recipe



    Brown sirloin after dredging in flour, in oil.
    Then put it in a 9x13 baking dish with lots of garlic, sliced onions and mushrooms, 1/2 cup wine or water.
    Seal in foil tightly, and bake in a slow oven, about 250* for 3 hours. Check for doneness and if necessary, recover and bake till done.
