1 32 oz. Pkg. frozen hash brown potatoes
1 stick margarine, melted
1 C extra sharp cheddar cheese, grated
½ C onion, chopped
1 C sour cream
1 can cream of mushroom soup
2 C crushed saltines and butter, melted
Mix all ingredients together except buttered saltines and place in a casserole dish. Top with crushed buttered saltines. Bake at 350 for 1 to 1 ½ hours.
