    Party Chicken

    8 boned chicken breasts / thighs, skin removed (I don’t use boned)
    1 pkg. dried beef or ham
    1/2 pint sour cream
    1 can cream of mushroom soup
    salt, pepper, garlic powder to taste
    lemon pepper (optional)

    Line bottom of a 9 x 13 baking dish with dried beef. Place chicken on top. Mix remaining ingredients and pour over chicken. Let stand in the refrigerator overnight. Bake at 275 degrees for 2 1/2 to 3 hours. Serves 6-8.
