    Baked Spinach

    2 pkg. Frozen chopped spinach
    1/4 C mayonnaise
    1/2 C sour cream
    1 can cream of mushroom soup
    1 small onion, chopped
    1 T lemon juice

    Recipe

    Cook spinach and drain well. Mix in onion, lemon juice, mayonnaise, sour cream and soup. Bake uncovered
