Broccoli Deluxe
20 oz. frozen chopped broccoli, cooked until tender
2 10 oz. cans cream of chicken soup
2 T flour
1 C sour cream
1/2 C onion, grated
1/2 tsp salt
1/4 tsp pepper
1 1/2 C herb seasoned stuffing mix
4 T butter or margarine, melted
Blend together soup and flour. Add sour cream, carrot, onion, salt, and pepper. Stir in broccoli. Turn into casserole dish. Combine stuffing mix and melted butter. Sprinkle over the top. Bake 350 for 30 to 35 minutes.
