    Corn Pudding


    2 eggs
    2 C frozen corn (chop in blender while frozen)
    1 C evaporated milk
    1 tsp salt
    1/8 tsp pepper
    1 tsp sugar
    2 T butter, melted

    Beat eggs and mix with other ingredients in a 1 ½ quart buttered casserole. May sprinkle with paprika. Bake at 350 for 45 minutes or until knife inserted in center comes out clean. Serves 6-8.
