Lima/Broccoli Casserole
1 pkg. (10 oz) frozen baby lima beans
1 pkg. (10 oz) frozen chopped broccoli
1 pkg. dry onion soup mix
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1 C sour cream
1 can water chestnuts, drained and chopped
Cook limas and broccoli, drain. Mix all together and place in a greased 2 qt. casserole dish. Melt 1 stick butter (or 1/2 stick) and mix with 1 cup of rice krispies cereal. Sprinkle over top. Bake at 350 for 40 minutes.
