Artichoke Dip
I found this recipe on a Pepperidge Farms cracker box in 1986. The original recipe called for bacon. I have always made it with shrimp.
List of Ingredients
- 1 14 oz. can artichoke hearts, drained and chopped
- 4 pieces of bacon, crisply fried and crumbled
- 1 tablespoon minced onion
- 1 tablespoon fresh lemon juice
- 1/2 cup mayonnaise
