Pumpkin Ring

Recipe Introduction
This is a family favorite.
List of Ingredients
- 3 cups Bisquick
- 1 cup granulated sugar
- 1 cup brown sugar, packed
- 1/4 cup margerine/butter, softened
- 4 eggs
- 1 16oz. can pumpkin
- 2 1/2 tsps. pumpkin pie spice
- 1/4 cup milk
- Glaze:
- 1 cup powdered sugar
- 1 tbsp. milk
- 1/2 tsp. vanilla
Instructions
- Heat oven to 350 degrees. Grese and flour 12-cup bundt cake pan.
- Beat all ingredients on low speed for 30 seconds, scraping bowl constantly.
- Beat on medium speed 3 minutes, scraping bowl occassionally.
- Spread evenly in pan.
- Bake about 50 minutes, or until toothpick inserted in center comes out clean.
- Cool 10 minutes; remove from pan.
- Cool completely. Drizzle with glaze.
- Glaze: Beat 1 cup powdered sugar, 1 tbsp. milk and 1/2 teaspoon vanilla.
