    Good Old Bisquick, aprox. 1983


    Recipe Introduction


    This is a family favorite.


    List of Ingredients


    • 3 cups Bisquick
    • 1 cup granulated sugar
    • 1 cup brown sugar, packed
    • 1/4 cup margerine/butter, softened
    • 4 eggs
    • 1 16oz. can pumpkin
    • 2 1/2 tsps. pumpkin pie spice
    • 1/4 cup milk
    • Glaze:
    • 1 cup powdered sugar
    • 1 tbsp. milk
    • 1/2 tsp. vanilla


    Instructions


    1. Heat oven to 350 degrees. Grese and flour 12-cup bundt cake pan.
    2. Beat all ingredients on low speed for 30 seconds, scraping bowl constantly.
    3. Beat on medium speed 3 minutes, scraping bowl occassionally.
    4. Spread evenly in pan.

    5. Bake about 50 minutes, or until toothpick inserted in center comes out clean.
    6. Cool 10 minutes; remove from pan.
    7. Cool completely. Drizzle with glaze.
    8. Glaze: Beat 1 cup powdered sugar, 1 tbsp. milk and 1/2 teaspoon vanilla.
