    Eagle Sweetened Condensed Milk


    List of Ingredients


    • 1 6-ounce package semi-sweet chocolate chips or 4 1-ounce squares semi-sweet chocolate
    • 2 tablespoons margarine or butter
    • 1 14-ounce can sweetened condensed milk
    • 2 tablespoons water
    • 1 teaspoon vanilla


    Instructions


    1. In heavy saucepan, over medium heat, melt chips and margarine with sweetened condensed milk, water and vanilla. Cook and stir constantly until thickened, about five minutes. Serve warm over ice cream. Refrigerate leftovers.
    2. To reheat: In small heavy saucepan, combine desired amount of sauce with small amount of water. Over low heat, stir constantly, unti heated through.
    3. In microwave: In 1-quart glass measure, combine ingredients. Cook on 100% power for 3 to 3 1/2 minutes, stirring after each minute.
