    List of Ingredients


    • 2 1/4 cups all purpose flour
    • 1 teaspoon baking soda
    • 2/3 cup smooth peanutbutter
    • 1/2 cup shortening
    • 1 1/2 cups sugar
    • 2 large eggs
    • 2 tablespoons milk
    • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
    • 1 cup chocolate chips


    Instructions


    1. Preheat oven to 375 degrees.
    2. Grease two cookie sheets.
    3. Combine flour and baking soda in medium bowl.
    4. Beat peanutbutter, shortening and sugar in mixer bowl at medium speed until light and fluffy. Add eggs, one at a time, beating well after each addition.
    5. Beat in milk and vanilla.
    6. With mixer at low speed, beat in dry ingredients just until combined.

    7. Stir in chocolate chips.
    8. Drop dough by heaping teaspoonfuls onto prepared baking sheetss
    9. Bake 11-13 minutes, until golden brown.
    10. Cool on wire racks.
