- 3 cups Bisquick
- 1 cup granulated sugar
- 1 cup brown sugar
- 1/4 cup margerine/butter, softened
- 4 eggs
- 1 16 ounce can pumpkin
- 2 1/2 teaspoons pumpkin pie spice mix
- 1/4 cup milk
Instructions
- Heat oven to 350 degrees.
- Grease and flour 12-cup bundt cake pan.
- Beat all ingredients on low speed for 30 seconds, scraping bowl constantly..
- Beat on medium speed three minutes, scraping bowl occassionally.
- Spread batter in pan.
- Bake about 50 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted in center comes out clean.
- Cool 10 minutes; remove from pan. Cool completely.
- Drizzle with glaze
Final Comments
Glaze: Beat 1 cup of powdered sugar, 1 tablespoon milk and 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract.
