Chilies Rellenos Bake

List of Ingredients
- 8 large eggs
- 1 cup sour cream
- 2 drops red pepper sauce
- 2 cups Monterey Jack or Pepper Jack, shredded
- 2 cups cheddar cheese, shredded
- 2 cans ( 4 ounces each) chopped green chilies, undrained
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
- Beat eggs, sour cream, pepper sauce in mixing bowl with whisk.
- Stir in cheese and chilies.
- Pour into greased 2-quart casserole.
- Bake uncovered about 45 minutes or until set in center.
- Allow to cool 5 minutes before cutting.
