Southwest Cheddar Chipotle Popcorn

List of Ingredients
- 9 cups popped popcorn
- 1 cup Wisconsin cheddar, powdered or very fine shred
- 1 TB chipotle chilies, dry, ground
- 1 TB cilantro, chopped
- 2 oz butter, melted
- 1 tsp popcorn salt
- 1 brown paper shopping bag
Instructions
- Place popped corn in bag and add melted butter and salt, close bag and shake vigorously. Add cheddar, chipotle and cilantro and shake vigorously. Enjoy!
