Styled after the Classic Hawaiian Sweet Bread and good....
Can be made in machine or by hand.





List of Ingredients



• 1/2 cup mashed bananas
  
• 1/2 cup crushed pineapple, with juice
  
• 1 egg
  
• 1/4 cup mild
  
• 1/4 cup margarine, softened
  
• 1 teaspoon coconut extract
  
• 1/2 teaspoon salt
  
• 1/3 cup sugar
  
• 1/2 cup instant potato flakes
  
• 3 cups bread flour
  
• 11/2 teaspoons active dry yeast
  






Instructions



1. Place ingredients in the pan of bread maker in the order recommended by manufacturer. Select setting
   (white); press start
