Coconut Pineapple Pie

Just had to include this. I love pineapple and coconut. Hope
you like it too.
List of Ingredients
- 1 cup sugar
- 3 tbsp all purpose flour
- 1 cup light corn syrup
- 1 cup flaked coconut
- 1 can(8 ounces) crushed pineapple, undrained
- 3 eggs, beaten
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 1 unbaked pastry shell
- 1/4 cup butter or margarine, melted
Instructions
- In a large bowl, combine sugar and flour. Add corn syrup, coconut, pineapple, eggs, and vanilla; mix well
- Pour into pastry shell, drizzle with melted butter or
margarine.
- Bake at 350 degrees for 50-55 minutes or until knife inserted near center comes out clean.
- Cover loosely if browns too fast. Cool on wire rack before cutting. Store in refrigerator.
- Yield 6-8 servings
