    2002 Quick Cooking Annual Recipes

    List of Ingredients




    1 carton (8 oz.) fat-free spreadable cream cheese
    1/2 c. finely chopped green pepper
    2 celery ribs, finely chopped
    2 med. carrots, finely chopped
    6 radishes, finely chopped
    4 tsp. finely chopped onion
    1 tsp. dill weed
    Snack toast and/or pita bread

    Recipe



    In a bowl, combine the first 7 ingredients. Serve on snack toast or pita bread. Store in refrigerator.

    Makes 3 cups.
    WW points: one serving (2 tbsp.) is free
    4 tbsp. - .5 pt.
    Don't forget to add points for whatever you spread it on.
