CHOCOLATE ZUCCHINI BROWNIES

List of Ingredients
2 1/2 c. grated zucchini
1/2 c. ripe mashed banana
1 tbsp. water
2 tsp. vanilla
Mix separately:
2 c. flour
1 1/2 tsp. baking soda
1/2 tsp. salt
1/3 c. baking cocoa
2/3 c. Splenda granular ( more if you want sweeter brownies)
Recipe
Fold dry ingredients into wet, batter will be stiff. Bake in a nonstick 7 x 13" brownie pan at 350 deg. for 25 - 35 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted in center comes out clean.
Makes 18 servings.
