    List of Ingredients




    1 box Supermoist yellow or lemon cake mix( yellow is better)
    1 can mandarin oranges with juice
    1/3 c. unsweetened applesauce
    1/2 c. Egg Beaters or 2 eggs

    Topping:
    8 oz. container Fat Free Cool Whip
    8 oz. can crushed pineapple and juice
    1 box sugar free, fat free vanilla instant pudding mix

    Spray a 9 x 13" pan with Bakers Joy. Mix cake ingredients together and bake 30 minutes at 350 deg. Cool completely.

    TOPPING:
    Mix all topping ingredients together and beat well. Frost cake. Refrigerate overnight before serving to blend flavors.

    Makes 16 servings
