    1 15 oz. can pumpkin
    1/2 c. Egg Beaters
    1 1/2 c. skim milk
    3/4 c. Splenda
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1 tsp. pumpkin pie spice

    Recipe



    Beat all together until smooth, pour into a 9 inch pie plate that has been sprayed with cooking spray. Bake at 400 deg. for 15 minutes, then reduce heat to 375 deg. and bake for 45 minutes or until knife inserted in center comes out clean. Cool and serve with a blob of Fat Free Cool Whip, if desired. (The Cool Whip adds extra points)
