    List of Ingredients




    1 loaf Angel Food Cake (5 serving size)
    1 can mandarin orange sections, drained (reserve juice)
    2 small boxes Jello Sparkling Mandarin Orange sugar free
    Reserved juice plus water to make 2 cups liquid
    1 container (8 oz.) Fat Free Cool Whip

    Tear angel food cake into bite size pieces. Put into 9 x 13 x 2" glass dish. Cut orange sections into 3 pieces each, scatter over cake bites. Bring 2 cups liquid to a boil. Pour over gelatin and stir to dissolve. Add 2 cups ice cold water. Pour mixture over cake and press down so cake absorbs all of the liquid. Refrigerate for at least 4 hours. Top with Cool Whip.

    Makes 12 servings
