1 lg. egg
2 tbsp. veggie oil
1/4 tsp. salt
3/4 c. blueberries
3/4 c. plain non fat yogurt
1 tsp. Splenda granular
1 tsp. baking soda
1 c. flour
Recipe
Preheat oven to 350 deg.
Mix egg, yogurt, oil,sugar substitute and salt; blend well. Stir in baking soda. Add blueberries. Add flour and mix well. Pour into 10 muffin tins with paper liners. Bake for 30 minutes.
Makes 10 muffins
