SAUSAGE CHEESE MUFFINS

List of Ingredients
1 lb. turkey sausage
1 can condensed Cheddar cheese soup, undiluted
1/2 c. skim milk
1 tsp. sage
3 c. low fat baking mix
Recipe
Preheat oven to 400 deg. In a skillet over medium heat, cook sausage until it is no longer pink, drain and rinse lightly with hot water to remove excess fat. In a bowl, combine soup, milk, sage and sausage. Stir in the baking mix just until moistened. Fill greased muffin cups and bake for 15 to 20 minutes or until muffins are done. Serve warm
