2 large potatoes, thinly sliced
2 onions, thinly sliced
1/4 c. parsley, minced
3 tbsp. flour
1/4 tsp. pepper
2 c. skim milk
1/3 c. Fat Free shredded cheddar cheeseRecipe
Preheat oven to 350 deg. Spray a 10x6" baking pan with cooking spray. Arrange potatoes and onions in layers in bottom of pan. Sprinkle with parsley and flour. Repeat the layer. Sprinkle with salt and pepper. Pour milk over top and sprinkle with cheese. Bake for 1 hour and 10 minutes or until potatoes are tender.
