    List of Ingredients




    1 c. reduced fat Bisquick
    1/2 c. skim milk
    1/4 c. egg substitute or 3 egg whites
    2 c. frozen mixed vegetables
    2 c. cooked, chopped white chicken meat
    2 cans fat-free cream of mushroom soup

    Recipe



    Preheat oven to 400 deg. Spray a casserole with cooking spray. Mix together veggies, chicken and soup. Pour into casserole dish. In another bowl, combine Bisquick, milk and egg. Beat until smooth. Pour over top of the chicken mixture. Bake for about 30 minutes or unitl the crust is golden.

    Makes 4 or 6 servings
    WW points: 6 servings = 4.5 points
    4 servings = 6.5 points
