BLT BOW TIE PASTA SALAD - part 2

List of Ingredients
- 2 1/2 c. uncooked bow tie pasta
- 1 1/2 c. torn romaine lettuce
- 1 1/2 c. cubed cooked chicken breast
- 1 med. tomato, diced
- 4 strips bacon, cooked and crumbled
- 1/3 c. reduced-fat mayonnaise
- 1/4 c. water
- 1 tbsp. barbecue sauce
- 1 1/2 tsp. white vinegar
- 1/3 tsp. pepper
Instructions
- Cook pasta according to package directions. Drain and rinse under cold water.
- In a large serving bowl, combine the pasta, rimaine, chicken, tomato and bacon.
- In a small bowl, whisk together the mayonnaise, water, barbecue sauce, vinegar and pepper. Pour over pasta mixture; toss to coat evenly. Serve immediately.
- Yield: 11 servings ( 1 cup each)
