List of Ingredients
3 c. chicken broth
1/2 tsp. basil
1/8 tsp. pepper
15 oz. can mixed vegetables, drained
2 c. uncooked No Yolk egg noodles
2 c. light turkey meat, cooked and cubed
Recipe
In a large saucepan, combine broth, basil, pepper and vegetables. Mix well. Heat to a boil. Cover and cook over med. heat for five minutes. Stir in noodles. Cover and cook 5 minutes more. Add turkey and heat through.
Makes 6 servings.
