    Christmas Eve Cornish Game Hens

    4 Cornish game hens
    2 cups brown sugar
    2 cups orange juice
    4 tbsp. butter
    1/2 tsp. allspice
    2 tsp. dry mustard

    Recipe



    Coat medium roasting pan with nonstick cooking spray. Place hens in roasting pan. In saucepan mix together brown sugar, orange juice, butter, allspice and mustard. Heat to boiling. Pour sauce over hens. Bake at 375 degrees for 1 1/4 hours, basting occasionally. Serve with wild rice and vegetable medley.
