    2 cups flour
    2/3 cup sugar
    1 tbsp. baking powder
    1/2 tsp. baking soda
    1 tsp. ground cinnamon
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1/2 cup fresh or frozen cranberries, coarsely chopped
    1/2 cup dried cranberries
    3/4 cup plain yogurt
    1/2 cup unsalted butter, melted
    1/2 cup milk
    1 egg
    1/2 cup chopped unsalted pistachios

    Combine flour, sugar, baking powder, baking soda, cinnamon and salt. Stir fresh and dried cranberries into the dry ingredients. Whisk together yogurt, butter, milk and egg until smooth. Add to dry ingredients. Fold just until evenly moistened. Do not overmix. Divide batter evenly among the muffin cups. Sprinkle pistachios evenly on top. Bake at 400 degrees for 18 to 20 minutes, or until tops ar golden and toothpick will come out clean. Cool before removing from muffin tins.
