    List of Ingredients


    • 1 envelope of liton onion soup mix
    • 4 medium size potatoes cut into chunks
    • 1/3 cup of olive or vegtable oil


    Instructions


    1. preheat oven to 450
    2. in a medium size mixing bowl combine all ingredients
    3. toss until well coated
    4. arrange potatoes in a 13x9 baking dish
    5. bake at 450 for 40 minutes stirring occasionally
