    1/2 cup chopped strawberries
    4 oz cream cheese
    4 oz egg substitute
    4 tsp. confectioners sugar
    8 slices of raisin bread

    Recipe



    In a bowl, combine strawberries and cream cheese, mix well.
    Place 4 slices of bread on work surface; spread each with 1/4 of cheese mixture. Top with remaining bread. Pour egg substitute in a pie plate. Dip sandwiches in egg mixture, turning to coat. In a nonstick skillet,in batches cook sandwiches 4 minutes turning once. sprinkle evenly with sugar.
