8 1/2 cups milk
5 shredded wheat biscuits
5 eggs
1 1/4 cup sugar
1 1/4 cup molasses
1 t. salt
1 t. ground cinnamon
1 t. ground nutmeg
Recipe
Preheat oven to 275. Pour 2 1/2 cups milk in large bowl over the
shredded
wheat biscuits and set aside until milk is absorbed. In another large
bowl,
beat the eggs and stir in the remaining ingredients. Mix thoroughly.
Mix
with the shredded wheat biscuits. Transfer to a 13 x 9" pan and bake 2
hours
or until an inserted knife comes out clean. Serves 12
