Otis Spunkmeyer Banana Nut Muffins

List of Ingredients

1 cup mashed bananas
1 box Banana Cake Mix
1 small box instant banana pudding
4 eggs
1/2 cup vegetable oil
3/4 tsp. cinnamon
1/2 cup water
1 tsp. banana extract
1 cup finely chopped nuts (I prefer pecans,.. but Otis uses walnuts)


Recipe

Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Blend all ingredients together until smooth. Fill baking cups 3/4 full and bake for about 20 min. Check for doneness with a toothpick inserted into the top of the muffin. If it comes out clean, it's done.

Store muffins in an air tight container.
