    Sweet Potatoe Casserole

    Boil 6-7 sweet potatoes in salted water. Peel. Mash w/1 stick butter, 1/2 cup brown sugar, 1 cup chopped nuts, 1 jar orange marmalade, salt, pepper & cinnamon. Bake 45 min - 1 hour in 350 degree oven.
