Bran Muffins

List of Ingredients
2 cup 100% bran cereal
2 cup boiling water
3 cup sugar
4 eggs
1 quart buttermilk
4 cup Kelloggs All Bran
5 cup flour
5 teaspoons baking soda
1 tablespoon salt
Recipe
Soak bran cereal in boiling water and cool.
Cream shortening and sugar, add egg, buttermilk and All Bran.
Mix dry ingredients and add, then add soaked bran.
Store in refrigerator.
Bake in muffin tins at 400 for 20 minutes.
