    Lemon Bluberry Poppy Seed Bread

    1 package Duncan Hines Bakery Style Bluberry bread mix
    2 tablespoons poppy seeds
    1 egg
    3/4 cup water
    1 tablespoon grated lemon peel
    1/2 cup confectioners sugar
    1 tablespoon lemon juice

    Recipe



    Preheat oven to 350.
    Grease and flour 8 by 4 loaf pan

    Empty muffin mix into medium bowl. Add poppy seeds, stir to combine and break up any lumps.
    Add egg and water, stir till moistened. Fold in bluberries and lemon peel.
    Pour into pan and sprinkle with topping packet over batter
    Bake 57-62 minutes or till toothpick inserted in center comes out clean.
    Cool in pan 10 minutes, invert onto cooling rack, turn right side up and cool completely.
    For drizzle, combine confectioners sugar and lemon juice in small bowl. Stir until smooth and drizzle over loaf.
