    Hand Dipped Chocolates

    These take a while to make but are well worth the effort, especially at holiday time.

    List of Ingredients




    3-1 pound boxes of powdered sugar
    2 sticks butter
    1 ounce maple extract or any flavor
    1 can Eagle brand sweetened condensed milk
    1 cup nuts

    Recipe



    Mix all ingredients together by hand.
    Make into balls and chill overnight.

    4 squares semi-sweet chocolate
    1-12 ounce package chocolate chips
    3/4 bar of paraffin
    Melt ingredients in double boiler. Dip Candy balls into chocolate mix with toothpicks and place on cake rack to cool.
