8 medium potatoes
1 pint sour cream
1-1/2 cup grated cheddar cheese
6 green onions and tops, chopped
1-1/2 teaspoon salt
pepper to taste

Boil potatoes till just tender, peel and shred and put in 2 quart casserole.
Add sour cream, green onions, 1 cup cheese and salt and pepper.
Cover and refrigerate overnight.
Forty minutes before serving, sprinkle with paprika and put uncovered into 350 oven for 30 minutes.
Remove and sprinkle with rest of cheese and return to oven to melt cheese.
