    2- 8 ounce tomato sauce
    1/2 cup water
    1/2 cup chopped onion
    1/3 cup chopped green pepper
    1/4 cup butter
    1 teaspoon salt
    1 teaspoon sugar
    1/2 teaspoon mustard
    dash pepper
    1-1/3 cup minute rice

    Recipe



    Mix all ingredients except rice and bring to boil.
    Add rice.
    Remove, cover and let stand 5 minutes.
    Fluff with fork.
