    This cake is scrumptious!

    List of Ingredients




    5 cups rhubarb( if frozen do not thaw)
    1 cup sugar
    1-3 ounce rasberry or strawberry jello
    3 cup miniature marshmallows
    1 package white cake mix

    Recipe



    Cut rhubarb in one inch pieces and arrange in greased 9 by 13 pan.
    Sprinkle with sugar and jello, top with marshmallows.
    Prepare cake mix according to directions on package and spread over marshmllows.
    Bake at 350 for 50-55 minutes.
    Cool 5 minutes the turn out on serving plate.
    Serve warm or cold.

    Variations:
    Use fresh or frozen berries and rasberry jello or peaches and orange jello.
