    • 4 egg yolks
    • 1/4 cup sugar
    • 4 tablespoons whipping cream
    • 4 tablespoon melted butter
    • 1 teaspoon cardamom
    • 2 cup flour


    Instructions


    1. Beat egg yolks till fluffly
    2. Add sugar,cream and cooled butter.
    3. Beat well.
    4. Add cardamom and flour.
    5. Chill 1 hour.
    6. Heat oil to 350.
    7. Roll out half the dough paper thin.
    8. Cut in 3 inch long diamonds.
    9. Make slit in center and pull one end through.
    10. Fry till golden and drain on paper towels.
    11. Just before serving, dust with powdered sugar.
