2 cup whipping cream
1/2 cup lemon juice

Combine sugar and cream stirring till sugar is dissolved, Stir in lemon juice and food color. Pour in 8 inch square pan.
Freeze 3 hours or till firm. Remove from freezer 5 minutes before serving.
