    1 cup flour
    1/4 cup brown sugar
    1/2 cup nuts
    1/2 cup butter, melted
    2 egg whites
    3/4 cup sugar
    1 cups fresh strawberries or 1-10 ounce frozen
    2 tablespoons lemon juice
    1- 8 ounce carton Cool Whip

    Recipe



    Mix first four ingredients and put in 9x13 pan. Bake at 350 for 20 minutes, stirring occasionally. Remove and cool.
    Place 2/3 of the crumbs in the same pan and reserve the rest.
    Combine egg whites, sugar and berries and lemon juice. Beat low speed till begins to thicken ,about 2 minutes, then beat high speed till soft peaks form, 10-12 minutes. Fold in Cool Whip and pour in pan. Top with reserved crumbs and freeze.
