3/4 cup grahan cracker crumbs
3 tablespoon butter, melted
2 tablespons sugar
3 eggs, separated
1-8 ounce package cream cheese
1 cup sugar
1/8 teaspoon salt
2 cup Cool Whip
1-10 ounce frozen rasberries. partially thawed or 2 cup fresh
Recipe
Combine first 3 ingredientx and press in 7 by 11 dish. Bake at 375 for 8 minutes. Cool.
Beat egg yolks till thick and add cream cheese, sugar and salt, beat till smooth and light. Beat egg whites stiff and fold into cream cheese with Cool Whip.
Beat berries to pulp in blender, Swirl half through cheese and spread in crust, spoon rest of berries on top, swirl with knife. Freeze.
