    1 package angel food cake mix
    2 tablespoon orange rind
    1-1/2 quarts strawberries, sliced
    1-1/4 cup sugar
    2 cup whipping cream
    1/4 cup powdered sugar

    Recipe



    Prepare cake mix as directed except fold in orange rind. Pour in ungreased 9x13 pan. Bake at 350 for 45-50 minutes.
    Remove and invert pan to cool completely.
    Mix berries and 1 cup sugar. Beat whipping cream and 1/4 cup sugar till stiff.
    Cut cake lengthwise in to halves, cut each half in sixths. Place piece on plate, top with berries and whipped cream.
    Sprinkle with powdered sugar
