    1-2/3 cup graham cracker crumbs
    2 tablespoon Cafe Mocha Mix
    2 tablespoons sugar
    1/4 cup butter, melted
    2 cup strawberry ice cream, softened
    1/2 cup Cafe Mocha mix
    3 tablespoon boiling water
    1 tablespoon butter

    Recipe



    Blend the first 4 ingredients and press in 9 inch pie plate. Freeze 30 minutes. Spread ice cream in pie shell.
    Combine mocha mix and water. Stir over heat till dissolved. Add butter. Bring to boil, cover and cook 2 minutes. Remove and cool. Pour over ice cream and swirl in with a spoon, Freeze til ready to serve.
