Lori's Sausage Stars
List of Ingredients
2 cups (1 lb) sausage, cooked and crumbled
1-1/2 cups grated sharp cheddar cheese
1-1/2 cups grated Monteray Jack cheese
1 cup ranch dressing
1/2 cup chopped red bell pepper
2.25 oz can sliced ripe olives
1 pkg fresh or frozen won ton or egg roll wrappers
Vegetable oil
Recipe
After cooking the sausage, blot with
paper towels until dry. Combine the
cooked meat with the cheeses, sauce,
olives and pepper. Lightly grease
muffin tins and press wrapper in each
cup. Brush with oil and bake at 350
for 5 minutes until golden brown.
Remove from tins. Place wrappers on
a cookie sheet and fill with sausage
mixture. Return to oven and bake 5
minutes or until mixture is bubbly.
