    List of Ingredients




    1 pkg. crescent rolls
    1 Lb. sausage, cooked and drained
    1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
    1 cup shredded hash browns
    1 Tbsp. minced dried onion
    1/4 cup green pepper, chopped
    2 or 3 eggs beaten w/ 2 Tbsp. milk

    Spread rolls in pizza pan or cookie sheet. Layer ingredients- sausage, potatoes, cheese, onion, peppers, pour eggs over. Bake 350 degrees-30 min.
