Val's Apple Crisp
List of Ingredients
4 cups sugar
6 cups flour
4 1/2 sticks butter or margarine, slightly melted
2 1/2 teaspoons cinnamon
6 pounds fresh apples, sliced or 1 10# can, well drained
Recipe
Combine sugar, flour and cinnamon.
Cut softened butter into mixture until crumbly.
Line bottom of a pan with one inch of apples and cover with one inch of topping.
Bake in a preheated 425� oven for 45 to 50 minutes or until top is nicely browned.
