    Honey Mustard Pork Chops

    List of Ingredients




    6-8 pork chops
    1/4 c. honey
    1/4 c. spicy brown mustard (I've used regular mustard too and it came out just as good)
    2/3 c. crushed Ritz crackers
    2/3 c. plain dry bread crumbs
    2 T. vegetable oil
    2 T. butter

    Recipe



    Combine honey and mustard, brush over both sides of pork chops.

    In shallow baking dish, combine cracker crumbs and bread crumbs; add pork chops one at a time and turn to coat completely.

    In a skillet, heat oil and butter. Fry pork chops for about 5 minutes on each side or until done.
